Are the offices move-in ready?+
Yes. Each suite is a clean, private, lockable office ready for you to move into. Bring your own furniture and equipment and you can start working right away.
What's included in the monthly rate?+
Your flat monthly rate includes all utilities - electricity, water and A/C - plus common-area maintenance and free parking. No surprise bills.
Where exactly are you located?+
We're at 651 Main St. E. #12 in downtown Haines City, FL - directly across from City Hall, walkable to restaurants, cafes and shops, with easy access to Highway 27 and US-17/92.
